Doris Ung - Administrator


Doris Ung has been the Administrator of the clinic since 1989. She has worked for Medicare as a claims examiner. Her education includes paralegal studies from Kirkwood Community College and a religion major from Cornell College. She brings to the clinic a long standing passionate loyalty having been an integral part of its continued growth and success.

Andrea - Office Manager - RT(r), CSFAC, PMA-C


Andrea started working for the Foot and Ankle Clinic in 2010 as a clinical assistant and certified Radiologic Technologist. She became a Certified Surgical Foot and Ankle Coder in 2013 and in 2014 she advanced to the Office Manager position. Andrea is married, has a daughter and a puppy. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, camping, and cooking.

Cheryl - Administrative Assistant - PMA-C


Cheryl is a certified Administrative Assistant and has been working at the Foot and Ankle Clinic since 2002. She works as a receptionist and is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments and surgeries, among many other tasks in the office. She is the lead member for the front office staff. Cheryl is married and outside of work she enjoys spending as much time as she can with her grandchildren.

Mary - Billing Specialist


Mary is the billing specialist for the Foot and Ankle Clinic and has been there since 2003. She has many years of experience in this field and is responsible for reading the doctor's notes and billing the charges to the insurance companies for our Sioux City office as well as some of the doctor's outlying clinic offices. In her free time, Mary enjoys reading and spending time with her granddaughters.

Marilyn - Accounts Specialist - RT


Marilyn started working at the Foot and Ankle Clinic in 2006 and is the Accounts Specialist. She has received many training certificates from multiple insurance companies and is also a certified Radiologic Technologist. Her duties include posting insurance and patient payments, claim denials and appeals, and assisting patients on any insurance questions or issues. Away from work, Marilyn likes to go fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Kim - Receptionist/Assistant Accounts Specialist


Kim began working at the Foot and Ankle Clinic in 2009 as receptionist. Most recently she has started helping with billing for a couple of the doctor's outlying clinics. Her main duties in the front office are answering phones and scheduling appointments, and she sometimes helps the Account Specialist posting insurance and patient payments and assisting with claim denials or appeals. Kim enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, watching movies, and reading.

Stacie - Clinical Assistant


Stacie started at the Foot and Ankle clinic in 2015 as a clinical assistant. Her job duties include: rooming patients, assisting the doctors and making custom foot orthotics. She has become a patient favorite by giving foot massages to patients before or after the doctor's treatment. In her spare time she enjoys drawing, painting and fishing.
